    Came in from out of town and caught a nail on the road. Was greeted with smiling faces and a willingness to work us in. Came back at designated time and was immediately taken into the bay. Thankful to of been so close to a quick and professional garage. Thank you guys again!

    I took the car to get four new tires put on and when they were done they took over 30 minutes to mess with computer codes and left an error message on my car about the automatic headlights being inoperable. Was told to just drive it some and it will probably fix itself. It didn’t. So, I didn’t get my car back in the same condition I gave it to them. Therefore, I won’t be back again.

    Had an 11:00 appointment to get 2 rear tires installed and an alignment. Due to heavy snow forecast for the afternoon, wanted to get in and get home before it hit. Left vehicle with them night before since I had no other ride available to drop off that morning. Tried calling twice to check status since I had a friend going to run errands and could drop me off. All calls go to central phone and got dropped or cut off both times. Had friend take me anyway around 2:30, vehicle hadn’t moved from spot I left it. Ended up calling around 4:30 and snow was already covering roadways and they didn’t complete alignment. $192.00 per tire ended up totaling $600.00 and didn’t even include alignment. Yes, my fault for not asking for final cost estimate before taking it in. My advice, change your name from “Free Service”. Lesson learned, will not be going back. Curious what the purpose of an appointment is?

    My headlight and fog lights weren’t working on my car and they fixed it super fast for me! They were really kind throughout the whole process. Will definitely be coming back for anything car related!
