The staff is what makes a business location succeed. The vehicles were clean and the tanks were full. One less thing for me to worry about. 🥰 I can’t wait to rent my next vehicle! Thank you again to all of the staff and especially Oscar and Eric. You guys made a stressful day much easier for me!!!

Now there was no mention of this deposit on the website when we reserved the car. This is not a good business practice. Also the car was 10,000 miles over it's maintenance check so the message warning kept coming on. We checked the oil it was so black. We mentioned air in the tires because 1 looked low, he Informed us the car was equipped with tps and if it was an alert would notify us. Well we ended up putting air in two of the tires. I do not recommend going here.

The automated system let me do all of this but when I got to the location the people that worked there said they would have to wait for someone to cancel there reservation or send me to another location to get a available vehicle. So I did not get to get a rental car for my trip I had planned. The automated system needs updated.
