  Great service, having a Ram 2500 these types of carwashes usually are hard on my mirrors. Tommy's wasn't bad. The overall opinion was it done a decent job cleaning my truck. However there was bugs on my grill and mirrors along with brake dust on my front wheels and exhaust tip was still dirty.

  Jeff was absolutely the sweetest and truly made my day. He was so kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable the entire time. He also took the time to explain all the different services they offer, which I really appreciated. The service overall was amazing, and Jeff’s positive attitude made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Very nice when I drove up Very polite man at window. Nice girl directing me into car wash. Haley and her coworker was very friendly and very helpful. I loved that they asked me if I needed anything and that they asked if I needed my floor mats cleaned. They took them and washed them and brought them back to me. They were very nice. Every one of them that I came in contact with was very nice and helpful.

  I was surprised that Haley walked up to me and offered to get me some hand towels and a bottle of spray. That was very nice. And then she offered to take my mats and wash them for me. I was only going to do a quick vacuum and I ended up getting a lot more thanks to Haley. Thank you Haley You made my experience pleasurable.

  I took my daughters care there in October 2024 and thought I got a membership so I had my daughter load the app and she thought she cancelled. I noticed a week ago that I had a charge from Tommy's express. I called this location and waited for the manager to return my call. When the manager called back he offered two months refund. I asked to speak with the owner and he told me to contact corperate. So I did, to find out what I knew that these are franchised locations and the owner/manager has descression. So now my one car wash has cost me over $550 and the manager will not return my email or return my call. It was my mistake not to catch earlier, but you would think they would work with me to ease my loss.
