  From the moment I opened the door, the sales person Rob was pleasant and knowledgeable of what I needed. I had my tires within two days. The service was excellent.

  Don’t go here. Ordered tires on Friday and was told they should be here Monday or Tuesday at the latest Rob said he would call Monday to let me know if they had came in. Well no one called so by late afternoon Tuesday I called back and my tires had came in on Monday but they didn’t call. I said ok I’ll be there shortly to have them installed only to be told they didn’t have a technician that day. So I rescheduled for Thursday mourning. I show up and they still don’t have a technician and only 1 guy working in shop. Why even open the doors. I have used tire barn for several years but they have steadily went down hill. They have definitely lost my business and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.

  I visited Tire Barn Warehouse last week with my wife’s car, thinking we were just dealing with a bead leak in two of the tires. Instead, the assistant manager and technician took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and pointed out that three of the tires had actually reached the end of their life and could become a safety issue. I really appreciated how professional and straightforward they were. They walked me through the condition of the tires, explained the risks clearly, and didn’t try to upsell—just gave honest, knowledgeable advice. They also presented several solid replacement options, which made the decision easy. I ended up going with the Goodyear Eagle Sport tires, and the assistant manager went above and beyond by offering a discount and walking me through the available financing options. That level of service really stood out. I’ve been dealing with Tire Barn for years, and experiences like this are exactly why. Their service is consistently professional, honest, and reliable—truly impeccable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a shop you can trust.

  Fire that hateful, unprofessional, Andrew and you’ll have employees and a returning customer basis. Truly a gross dude hearing him speak like that to his employees.

  We have been using them for years and have always been very pleased. They have always been very accommodating. I was there at 8:30 am on Saturday 3/7/26 to get my tires rotated. There were no cars in any of the bays and I was told they couldn't do anything until around noon. I couldn't so I made an appointment for Tuesday at 5:30pm. I got off work early so I stopped by at 4:20pm, again, no cars in the bays and was told I would have to wait until the appointment time. I know the person at the desk is new so I'm not sure if it's under new management or what, but obviously no one is working there except him. I didn't want to wait an hour and especially since no one was there so I just cancelled the appointment. We will not be back there. Maybe you should hire some more employees!
