If you're tired of being advertised to and having people be pushy, go here. They recommend things if they need to, but you never feel pressured and you never feel like you're being lied to. It's just a nice, normal place where they do a good job without the drama.
- ASAviance StewartMar 16, 20261.0If I could give this place a -0 rating, I absolutely would. I have never dealt with anything such as this. I took my car here for an oil change and noticed the next day my car was leaking oil, and not a small leak, I'm talking a puddle of oil if my car sits and runs for 10 minutes. So of course I took it back to Jiffy Lube which they observed the same. My car WAS NOT LEAKING ANY OIL UNTIL I TOOK IT TO THIS PLACE, I would've noticed the oil in my driveway. They looked at it and proceeded to tell me that I needed an oil adapter. How ironic that I needed this only after I had taken it there and noticed the next day leaving my home driveway the puddle of oil standing. Contacted Jiffy Lube back and expressed that something had to have happened when my oil was changed, they stated if I had a mechanic to look at it and determine they were at fault, they would cover the cost. So I did just that. A rep from Jiffy Lube even went to the shop so that the mechanic could show him the damage, and again it was proven they were at fault by fitting the oil filter so tight that it couldn't be loosened by hand, which is how it supposed to be applied, BY HAND! And on top of that, it was the wrong filter. Mechanic stated once my car was fixed, an invoice would be sent to Jiffy Lube. Well days have passed and the invoice has been sent. Jiffy lube has not paid, and will not respond or answer the phone. This is absolutely ridiculous and beyond unprofessional. Avoid this place if you can, they will damage your car and not take accountability!

Also the lady in front of me experienced the same rude and very unprofessional and unpleasant experience from this 1 man. With that being said please don’t let 1 bad apple ruin your continued business with them nor you out look.
