- TLTrey LarosaMar 19, 20264.0After safelite failed to complete my windshield replacement after 4 tries, I reopened my claim and went to gerber where they got it done first try and when I noticed something wasn’t on they didn’t make me wait a week they just took it right back and fixed it. Great costumer service. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is there was some glass and trash left but I was reimbersed for taking it to the wash. Overall great people who take pride in their work. STAY AWAY FROM SAFELITE. Use gerber or legit anyone else
