However, Nick went to great lengths and managed to get the tires, and fit me in to have them installed later that day. Very professional and friendly staff, and very good at diagnosing some other issues on the spot. Great service!

Nick B, Justin, and I can’t remember the young lady’s name who helped us out as well were all wonderful! I highly suggest going to this Express in Boones Creek for all your car needs!
- TFTommy FoskeyMar 23, 20264.0The service is really good here, but the prices are EXTREMELY high. I paid $144 for an oil change including replacing the air filter. That was even with a $20 coupon. I like this place, but I’m afraid I won’t be back as they are too expensive. UPDATE: The manager, Nick, did end up reaching out to out to me to explain the price. It turns out my vehicle recommends a full synthetic which would have been nice to know at the point of service by the service team. Nick said they offer a “blended” oil which is cheaper. Again, would have been nice to have known that too at the point of service when I complained about the price. I’m upgrading my review to 4 stars only because Nick reached out to explain and was very professional about it. I won’t give a 5 as Nick didn’t offer any option to make it right for the lack of communication (like a future discount). But I did appreciate his explanation and willingness to reach out to me. I’m still not planning to go back as I can get my oil changed MUCH cheaper elsewhere.
