    If I could leave zero stars, I would. The Johnson City enterprise will overcharge you and then when you call enterprise customer service they fix it, Johnson City enterprise will call you and tell you you owe them more money. which I can prove they ended up refunding me all the money extra money and they gave me an extra amount of money because they knew that they were wrong. I don’t know how many times that you guys had been overcharged by Johnson City enterprise but you might want to ask for a detailed receipts and also check the price online at all times. No one would give me their names. Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! I was paying over $100 a day using their insurance I paid the deposit I did everything correctly. They never did anything to fix it but give me $50 and my $283.37 they took from me and shouldn’t have. I have proof of all this. They never let me speak to a manager. I was literally crying my eyes out in the lobby they never spoke with me privately. I recorded the entire incident. They will take more money then they are supposed to they will treat you awful. My uncle got me this car so I was able to travel back and fourth to Knoxville until I found a car because my 15 year old teacup Chihuahua is at the ut specialist hospital have a tumor removed she’s only 3lbs and the tumor it’s self is 2lbs. Not one care from anyone and money on my end was not a problem but I wasn’t going to be scammed anymore. I’m 30 years old and loosing the dog I’ve had over half my life. She can’t leave the hospital and now I can’t go back and fourth to visit her and any day could absolutely be her last!!! Do you think they cared not one bit just wanted to keep way over charging me and would not fix their mistakes. I did not want money I wanted them to fix their mistakes.

    As a result of an accident, Geico furnished me with a rental car from Enterprise. I drove the car for a few days without any problems. I parked the car at my work on a cold day and when I came back to the car after work I noticed the windshield had a large crack in it. I called the local office and was told to bring the car in for inspection. When I arrived, I was told I had to pay for the windshield because the damage was not existing when I rented the car. I told them I did not recall anything hitting the windshield while I had it. Another representative came out to the car and lifted the windshield wiper and said that was where something hit the window and there was a hole in the glass. I did NOT lift a windshield wiper when I inspected the car upon pick up. They attempted to give me a replacement vehicle. The replacement vehicle had a crack at the bottom of the rear window and a small impact spot on the front windshield. I told them I would go without a car and did not want another one from them. My insurance company paid Enterprise almost $700 to replace the windshield. Enterprise demands a $100 admin fee in addition to the “damage” to the windshield. If you rent from the Johnson City location, inspect everything including under windshield wipers. Renter beware.

    Car was clean, ready when I arrived, and the checkout process was both thorough and efficient. Everyone was great to deal with and helpful. Super experience all the way around (and not my first at this location)! I prefer this Enterprise car rental over any other rental company in this region—and I say this as both a Hertz and Avis member—and will continue to refer my family and friends.

    In and out very fast. The even let us drop the rental at the mechanic and they came and got it.
