Alyssa helped me check out today and she was super nice and helpful!

The process was smooth, and they completed the work faster than expected. Pricing was reasonable and there was no pressure to add extra services. Overall, a very reliable place for routine car maintenance. Shout out to the assistant manager Zach! Hands down the best Valvoline store I’ve been to!

- MHMichael Houser5 days ago4.0Straight up honest opinion on Valvoline they are nice and greet everyone with respect and professionalism is good but I didn’t like how when they show you their computer and the recommended maintenances that are required every x amount of miles so I looked at my recommendation mode my vehicle and not one was recommended every 6,000 miles like their computer says I believe that’s a sales tactic and don’t think oil change places should be doing some of those again my opinion. Secondly the cost seems a little high for a oil change this is my opinion but overall experience was good but probably won’t be back there’s other places that are cheaper for the same service but people like who they like just isn’t for me

They provide helpful guidance and suggestions for additional services to your vehicle without pressuring purchase. On a recent trip, they found a concerning problem with my radiator. They took time to show me the issue and explain the importance of getting it looked at by my auto shop. And they encouraged me to return anytime to get it looked at again for no additional charge. Shout out to exceptional workers Zachary and Mitchell, who show genuine care and kindness to their customers. It really made my day!
