- KKKathyDec 28, 20252.0Joe Hudson’s repaired the accident damage on my car well, but the service was poor. I asked multiple times over several weeks for them to install a trailer hitch that I provided while the bumper was off. They eventually told me they couldn’t do it because they couldn't find the parts bag, even though I had left it in the car. After I picked up the car, I found the parts under the driver’s seat where they shoved it when they repaired the accident damage. While they offered to install the hitch at no charge if the parts were found, it turned out to be a false promise. I called them twice after I located the parts bag to have the hitch installed, and no one ever returned the calls. Because of their oversight, I had to get the hitch installed elsewhere and pay much more since the bumper had to be removed again. Good repair quality, but very poor communication and lack of attention to detail made this a frustrating experience. I won't use them again.
