- HWHerbert WoosbyDec 22, 20252.0The guys at the shop are awesome! It is the Intoxalock customer service representatives on the phone that are terrible. I have been trying for two months to get it looked at and have been getting the run around. I call and the CSR says the can not reach the service center, that no one picks up the phone and I would have to call back. I hang up call the service center they answer and say they are here and have not gotten any calls. This happened three times.

When I say customer service I don’t mean the service center that installed I mean Intoxilock’s service representatives they will only give you information you are asking for no more no less. Then I had an issue with the county I was put in. Francis Hensley put me in the wrong county then I had to prove what county I was supposed to be in.
