  The Kingsport TN location is excellent, friendly, and very professional. However, the service that I received at the Johnson City TN location was the worst experience on many levels... Dropped off my road damaged tire at the shop, left the keys, and explained what was needed to be done. I told the associate I was going to go across the street and grab something to eat. I never received a call from the shop, but when I get there the new associate had moved the car from where I had parked it...told me he wasn't sure what I dropped the car off for. Then the tech through the dirty, busted old tire n rim in my backseat on top of my pants, my jacket, and my scrubs.

  Made an appointment for an alignment because my usual shop was booked out. Big mistake. Showed up on time and it took them 2 hours to even get started. When I asked if it was going on I was given an attitude and rude response from the long haired guy working the counter. The other gentleman working there had top notch customer service though. Alignment results were subpar even with new parts. Steering still has a slight pull, but it's better than it was. But for the price of $160 it was a waste of time. Don't think the alignment guy even drove the car except around the parking lot. Highly advise getting an alignment somewhere else unless you're just desperate.

  I used their service a few days ago for both of my vehicles: my personal truck and my wife's SUV. They are great guys who are clearly passionate about cars. This was evident from the service representative all the way to the mechanics. Thank you for taking such good care of my family's vehicles!

  Came in to solve a grinding noise, told me it was brakes, roters, and calipers, and several other things which I did not want done because those had nothing to do with what I came in for. Had all yhree main things replaced for over $1700, and never fixed the actually problem. Car still grinds. A completely different place found out it was just the wheel bearings. The place over charges, upsells, does not even find the problem with your car, and does not even check to see if they actually fixed the problem. Never going there again, can't trust a word they say.
