Friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff from the minute I walked in until the minute that I walked out. What could have been a disastrous outcome with a stuck caliper on my Jeep ended with a safe ride home and no longer in fear of being on the road thanks to these guys. They made sure that I had an appointment right away, got the parts that I needed and that I was aware of each step that they were doing. There was no hidden costs and no additional surprises. I highly recommend them for all of your automotive needs. Definitely my new go to in the future.

On March 5th 2026 I prepriced 4 new Ironman GR906 tires and with installation, disposal the price was $383.92 before tax as seen in the photos below. We went to the location on Roan st in Johnson Coty, TN they informed us they only had 2 in stock and would have the other 2 by 1pm. We agreed to come back. At about 12 they called and said there was a delay and we would need to come after 3pm we agreed and returned after 3pm. They were checking us in and then told me the price would be well over $600.00 when I questioned it and tried to show the man the information on the website he refused to look at it and said that he could not do anything about it and we would have to come back the next day to see if his manager would honor the online price. We decided to get our tires elsewhere. To have more than a $200 increase in price between online and in store made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Especially since 4 tires totaling around $200 before installation and fees would end up with over $400 in those fees and installation is definitely a rip off. We won’t be back and will be warning anyone that we can to avoid free service!

My experience was very nice. The guys were awesome and they went out there way to fit me in and get my car done sooner then what they told me. I was traveling through and got a flat and they kept my car and fixed it the next day. 10/10 recommend...you can tell it was a lot going on but they never once showed attitude or aggravation towards the customer.

I wanted a specific tire for my car. I came to Free Service Tire and Auto Center and was able to order them and have them installed the very next day! How bout that for service! On top of all that, they gave me a bumper to bumper inspection!

I took my wife's SUV to the North Roan St. location. Since I prefer to be positive about my experiences, it's disappointing to say they did not do a good job. During the service, they showed me that my rear differential was leaking, so I authorized them to repair it—which I believed they did.
However, when I got the SUV home, I noticed the steering wheel was pulling to the right and was no longer aligned. I suspect they didn’t lock the steering wheel in place when working on the rear differential. I returned the next day so they could fix it. They didn't provide any alignment paperwork, only explaining that the truck might 'pull slightly to the left.'
Unsatisfied, I took the SUV to a different shop. They showed me that the rear tires were pulling significantly, contradicting what Free Tire Service told me. They also showed me the differential was still leaking from the seal they had 'supposedly repaired.'
I will not be bringing my vehicle back there, not even for one more attempt. It's clear they would likely have the same technician do the work. I'm now on my third day trying to get this properly repaired.
Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant experience, and I'm out $900—a tough pill to swallow. I guess you live and you learn; it was an expensive lesson. I am not interested in returning. I will have real, experienced mechanics handle it from now on. For oil changes and tires, I'm sure they are competent, but for anything else, I recommend going somewhere else you trust.
