  I have been here several times before in the past few years. I don't know what has happened to this place, but I would not recommend it or go anywhere near there again.

  Friendly guy running the shop solo, but 1 hr 15 min for an oil change (WITH an appointment) and deceptive business practices at corporate level. Details: not sure why others have better experience here, but the few times I've come have all been unsatisfactory. This time, I got a mailer for $20 off an oil change. Past times have been surprisingly high prices and long waits so I didy research first this time. Called the number and was redirected to a call center. She quoted $79 for oil change ("Good news, there's a $20 discount now"). Ok I say, can I make an appointment? My day is super busy today and I have to wait while they do the work, so what is the slowest time at the shop so my wait will be shortest? She says 7:30am, first appointment of the day. So I get there just before 7:30. There is only one guy doing everything and he says he can't start on any cars until the morning meeting is finished or he'll get fired. He does work on my car first, but doesn't finish until about 8:30. The bill isn't $79, but $126 with no extra services. "The quoted price doesn't include our extra charge for shop supplies and the $20 isn't a discount but a manufacturer rebate (15 min more in the shop inputting all the details for the rebate and now I wait 8 weeks supposedly). To reiterate, the deceptive price quote was from the corporate call center, not the local shop and my 1 hour 15 min wait for an oil change with an appointment was surely not the fault of the guy trying to run the shop all by himself.

  Made an appointment for 10am for a tire rotation but then told I have I wait an extra hour because of another job they had started. I have another appointment to get to after. Need to honor those who made appointments first 😡😡😡

  So the experience I had with an employee of this place...same employee too, I was in an adjacent lot and needed a jump start. I was late for court and the gentleman said he would jump me off. I come back and he makes up something he has to do and that he can't do it. That's fine I found someone else to jump me off, well a couple months later my battery goes out again. I walk over it's like 7 this morning and I'm asking people for a jump and he again is unfriendly and responds, weren't you the one bothering me before for a jump? Thanks for reminding me about you lying to my face, being unfriendly and professional. I'm going to make sure others know about how you are a real piece of work. Your boss is going to know because you were wearing the uniform when you behaved this way. I hope this helps others out3
