They charged me $136 just for a diagnostic, which basically meant opening the hood and telling me my water pump was leaking. They then quoted $1,200 for the repair over the phone with my dad. When he declined, they suddenly offered to “lower” it to around $800—making it painfully clear they were trying to overcharge from the start. I’ve since had the same repair done elsewhere for just a couple hundred dollars. On top of that, they were extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone, showing zero customer service or concern for me as a customer. Do yourself a favor, get a second opinion and stay far away from this place. Don’t let them take advantage of you.
