Upon arrival there was a miscommunication, she thought I said rotated and balanced. They still fit me in even though most other places would've used an excuse not to do the job right then late on a Saturday afternoon. Justin the tech was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He took time to ask about tps sensors, he did not try to upsell when I declined replacement. I do appreciate that in a company. I would give more stars if possible. They will definitely be the 1st place I will call in the future.

I came in today for an oil change and was charged $54. I was confused as to why I was charged more than usual. The oil changes before costed about $38 with my own oil. I was told that the cost of labor for oil changes have increased. I wished I was told this PRIOR to having my oil changed. This company has the ability to see the last time I was here, so I feel like I should have been informed before hand. My husband and I will be bringing our vehicles elsewhere because of this, which stinks because other than this incident, this place has always been great. 🙁
