(2+ weeks scheduled), I called same day at 7:30am to confirm the pick-up and it was confirmed. I arrived at Brooks to see that Enterprise was pulling off before 9am with 2 others. Now I am late for work because of their inconsistency and unprofessional services. Step up your game and make your service better Enterprise. Don't pick-up strangers, confirm names when you pick up! I'd like to know how you plan to rectify this to keep me as a customer? Writing this on 2/9/26 @ 9:08am Talk about filth, Enterprise use to be better than this. Clean and Sanitized but I guess they don't go for that standard anymore.
