    Always a pleasure to do rental business with. The employees of Johnson City TN store are always welcoming. The check in process start to finish was 5 minutes or less. We dropped the rental off in Rome GA. The staff at that location was welcoming and friendly. The drop off took less than 5 minutes as well. Can't say enough about the way this company is managed. Never had any bad experiences.

    1 star due to lying and not honoring price in contract. I asked 3 times if I returned car a day earlier would I be charged for only days I had vehicle for a 7 day rental.First was the day I picked up vehicle, Second on 4th day when I found out I could return on day 6, Third was upon returning vehicle which was at closing. Each time I was told they would charge only days I had vehicle. When the car was processed the following day my charge reflected 7 days, not 6. When calling and spoke with local manger, he said he would not reimburse the over charge. We will not use this company again.

    Miller went above and beyond to help get me in a vehicle when I had some issues with roadside service. He is a great guy and an excellent employee. Thanks to him I ended up making it to Destin for vacation.
