    Just left the other JC autozone, where the manager, Brian, couldn't figure out a way to process a parts return. Couldn't look it up with order number, said there was no other way, etc. Hunter, at this store, managed to take care of me with nothing more than my phone #. Amazing.

    Tyler, the employee in the gray shirt working the 6pm shift on 11/5, was extremely rude and unprofessional. We came in to return a rented tool but had misplaced the receipt. We had the purchase under an account, the same card used for the rental, and valid ID. Despite this, Tyler refused to process the return, stating that his store manager told him it couldn’t be done without a receipt. He wouldn’t look up our account or make any effort to help, and he was noticeably short and mumbly throughout the interaction. To double-check, I called another AutoZone location and was told that if a rental is linked to an account, a receipt is not required for the return. This makes me think either Tyler or his manager isn’t familiar with the policy. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve encountered issues with him—he’s consistently unhelpful and dismissive during visits.

    I bought brake rotors for my vehicle with a lifetime warranty, had a problem with them being out of round took them back was told it was normal wear BUT they didn’t mic them or check other than just look and rub their hands across them. Wound not buy parts there again with a warranty.

    I needed to have my battery checked to see if it was good or bad. Turns out it was bad. The young man who helped me was very polite and professional. He changed my battery in no time. I recommend this location.
