The young employee who helped me had a very negative “can’t” attitude and seemed more interested in arguing than helping. When I tried to explain the situation, he became visibly irritated, sighing and acting annoyed that the conversation wasn’t going his way. Customer service should involve listening and attempting to help the customer, not debating with them or showing frustration. This interaction left a very poor impression. The only reason I even gave a 3 is because although the manager was not helpful in this situation, he at least was polite when I dealt with him due to them needing a manager to override the transaction.
- WCWeston CastleMar 22, 20261.0So, appears they can take your money any time and any day of the week. I went to the store at 9:10ish am, on 3/22/26 (Sunday). I had bought a warranty replacement part yesterday, and was simply looking to be refunded for the warranty. The young man (Red shirt told me they don’t do returns on Sunday. I laughed.😅. I thought right. Turns out , he was serious. Said the could swap it, but not refund it. Which I know for a fact is bull, as I was a Gray shirt for 10yrs. I said ok, I guess, I’ll just take it to another one. They will do it. (maybe, just not certain anymore ). Seems like the culture of going the extra mile, and customer service is just a slogan anymore. As customers had to jump thru hoops , stupidly, bc managers don’t wanna do their jobs correctly, and cooperate just keeps wanting more and more for less.

Couldn't look it up with order number, said there was no other way, etc. Hunter, at this store, managed to take care of me with nothing more than my phone #. Amazing.
