- BRBrittany RutherfordOct 10, 20251.0Went in for a battery. They put the new one in and my car wouldn’t start at all. Keep in mind I drove it there. So then they tell me I need a starter and would have to get my car towed to a shop. Once I did that, and my car made it to the shop it started up no problem. It took 3 workers to put in my battery btw. So once I brought the starter back, the guy asked me if something was wrong with it. I said no, I was here yesterday and they told me I needed it, but once my car was at the shop it started right up. The mechanic said they didn’t tighten it in all the way. The guy at auto zone kept saying, I should have went out there I should have went out there. I said “idk how much more a 4th person could have done” so had to pay a $75 towing fee for AUTOZONES MISTAKE! Personally I think the 3 idiots that did me wrong should have had to pay for their mistake and not me! I won’t be returning to this location at least!

Nothing on it is international. Isuzu maybe if your one of those. I have been doing business here for years he ruined it for a while.
- JWJenny WalkerSep 15, 20251.0My mom and aunt went in to get belt for my mom's van and the worker took forever to got get the belt and he looked up my mom's phone number that he said wasn't in the system and she's been there multiple times then he went to type in her email and typed it completely wrong didn't act he knew what he was doing my aunt got frustrated and went outside to wait then he was trying to do check out before scanning the card first and then when he finally figured it out he handed my mom her receipt and looked at her chest area Very unprofessional
- SCScott ClouseSep 6, 20251.0They looked at my truck and told me that the motor mounts would work swore up and down they would and got me to spend 48 bucks that I didn't have I had to borrow against my check they did not work I went to advanced and they took the time an hour to find the motor mounts that I needed I was not happy with the service I got
