  CAUTION! Poor workmanship, repeat issues, no accountability! I brought my car in for an air blower replacement and provided a brand-new OEM blower motor. Within a week, it fell through my dash (see video). When I called, I was told, “we just replaced what you brought in” -when the failure was clearly due to improper installation, not the part. I gave them a chance to fix it. The staff were rude, took no accountability, and the “lead mechanic” still didn’t reassemble the glovebox correctly, (which now needs to be fixed) leaving a loose bolt, hanging arm, and another electrical component falling out. The work is sloppy, rushed, and unprofessional. I’ve now had to deal with this multiple times, costing me time, gas, and unnecessary stress. I have zero confidence in their work and would not trust them with my vehicle or recommend them to anyone.

  Very professional and friendly, they had my car in and out in a timely manner and went out of their way to make it as smooth as possible. Was very pleased with the quality of work done to my car. Highly recommend K & L for any type of service needed.

  K&L replaced/painted a tailgate and bumper on my Ram 2500. Beginning with the quote to completion they were prompt, thorough, communicative, and just did what they promised. I am pleased with their work and just the people I interacted with in general!
