    They did great replacing my valve cover gasket, but I opted to save $ and replace my alternator on my own they said was bad. It took a lot of time and cursing to do that, but my car still had the same issue. My old alternator I took out tested good at the auto parts store. So in defeat from my own efforts, I decided to hand this issue back to the "experts". They pulled my newly installed alternator out, and put my old alternator back in and said it was fixed now and that will be $300+. I take my now newly yanked back out alternator to get tested and it also was good, so I'm asking what am I paying for that they fixed exactly? They act so mad and want me gone and want $200, but then let me leave for free. A few miles down the road, I have the same problem. I'm so glad I didn't give them a dime. They kept my battery clamp that holds it down. I'm a woman and know a lot about vehicles. They try to intimidate, but I know they don't know what's wrong any more than I do. They definitely didn't tell me what they were planning to do or give me any estimate at all before working on it.

    Very friendly professional service all around! I was traveling and my car looked to be out of coolant. Gave them a call and they looked at my car and turns out it was just air in my cars system. They were quick and helped me back to the road. Bring your car in, they’ll get you taken care of!

    My truck has been at their shop four different times, all for the same issue, since May. Each time is several weeks. I have been without my vehicle for the majority of the summer. After the first time, after requesting a quote, I am told my vehicle is ready. I go pick it up and my bill is around $1200. I get my truck and within a few miles, it starts showing the same symptoms as before. I am told to “bring it back down here.” After hearing that, I am assuming they are going to fix it and take care of the bill, considering the $1200 didn’t get it fixed. After a few weeks, I am told my truck is ready. I go to pick it up and am told I have an $800 bill. I pay it, leave, and within a few miles, notice the exact same symptoms. I message them and am told, “bring it back down here”. I take it back and tell them I need a price before you do anything, if there is a price at all. I get a message that my truck is ready. I go pick it up and am told I have a $600 bill. For whatever reason, I pay it, and leave. Within a few miles, you guessed it, same issues, broke down on the side of the road. I am again told, “bring it back down here”. This is the most recent visit. After it being there, again, for several weeks, and no responses, after I ask for everything in text, I reach out and ask for my keys and a refund, considering nothing has been fixed, $2600 into this. After I send that, I am told, not only are they not willing to do that, but that I also owe another $400 for the most recent repair. They also tell me I have 30 days to pay or they will put a lien on my vehicle. I have reached out to both “owners” and the shop manager, and they have all decided this is how they want to run their business. I wouldn’t let them put air in my kids bicycle tires. I am taking them to court. I want to share my story before they can do this to anyone else.

    I was moving to the Midwest, but one the way my car was having really bad issues that would make it impossible to finish the trip. We told them that we were in a hurry because I was supposed to move into my home the next day, and it was a 16 hour drive. They were absolutely slammed, but managed to work me into the schedule and fixed everything in only 3 hours.
