  Rented a large cargo van to transport items for our daughter’s wedding in middle Tennessee. The van was perfect for our needs! In addition, both of the representatives we dealt with were friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend renting from this Enterprise location!

  I needed to get a 2500 to pull up car hauler from West Tennessee to East Tennessee and back to pick up a truck that my uncle left me. The process was very easy, the prices were very reasonable and the truck was practically brand new and perfect condition with all of the options you could ask for. Renting the truck and trailer was unexpected but Enterprise and particularly the young man at the Jackson location that helped me made it very easy and affordable for me to bring home a piece of nostalgia. I would definitely recommend going through the truck rental instead of trying to rent a U-Haul or going to regular Enterprise to rent a pickup because they don't want you towing with the other rentals. One thing I will add is there's a $25 a day surcharge for towing which made me think that they would provide the hitch and ball but they do not. So if you're planning to go rent one make sure you bring a hitch and a ball.
