Most recently they went the extra mile in diagnosing an electrical problem in our 2016 Tahoe. After several dead ends in diagnosing the problem, many shops would’ve just started replacing parts, but not Old Hickory. When normal diagnostic procedures did not work, they reverted to old school and found the problem (a loose connection in a junction box), saving me thousands of dollars on this one repair. Friends, you can trust Michael, Billy, and the entire crew at old Hickory. They do great work.
