Several other shops wanted multiple days and didn't really want to talk me through the issue. Old Hickory had me done in 3 hours and at a very reasonable cost. I can not thank them enough!!! They knew I would not be potential repeat business being from out of state but they could not have been more helpful and courteous. I really appreciate the professional and fast service. Thank you , thank you, thank you!

After paying $150 for the diagnostic assessment, I was lied to and told I needed a radiator, a whole tune up (one had just been done) a fuel pump (replaced not too long ago) and a myriad of other things totaling $2000-$3000 in order to be “road safe”. I took it somewhere else and they were able to identify the minor issue and fix it for $75. I’m going to have to figure out how to not look so gullible so my time and money isn’t wasted anymore. 🤔

Most recently they went the extra mile in diagnosing an electrical problem in our 2016 Tahoe. After several dead ends in diagnosing the problem, many shops would’ve just started replacing parts, but not Old Hickory. When normal diagnostic procedures did not work, they reverted to old school and found the problem (a loose connection in a junction box), saving me thousands of dollars on this one repair. Friends, you can trust Michael, Billy, and the entire crew at old Hickory. They do great work.
