  Went today for the very first time and it will for sure be my LAST ! The very first guy that came out waa friendly as he wiped my windows snx prepared me for my service...... the assistant manger came out and I let him know that I was in a fleet vehicle the name of the company and so forth he goes to ask me for a card that I told him I didnt have so I called a coworker who goes there often and asked her info he was needing he then started to over talk her still asking for nonsense finally I called the fleet company and was asking for some additional info to hopefully get this oil change over with he then goes to make it his business to tell me hes the assistant manger and he would see what he can come up with needless to say he was able to do what needed to be done with the information I gave him that was NOT what he originally asked for ..... fast forward I sat maybe 30 listening to him gripe about servicing my vehicle..... he finally came baxk and said he still haven't got the approval from my company to go forward with the oil change so AGAIN I called the company and asked them to please approve the oil change so that I could get from there (i only stayed because I was well overdue and my original place FIRESTONE was booked up] they informed me iy was approved immediately after put in i then told this assistant manager that and he with a smart mouth asked me if I wanted to go inside and explain to the computer why they cant see what the fleet company was saying ..... he was very unprofessional and rude and I will never go back I would wait 100 days until FIRESTONE got me on schedule!

  Dissatisfied was a loyal customer love the staff but upon years off getting my service done with them they staff broken my oil pan so my car was constantly leaking oil & they suggested I put lubricant in my motor to slow the oil leak , so they recommended me to go to Firestone I went there they discovered that my oil pan was cracked now I take my services to Firestone I am disappointed in the lack of integrity of the company for not taken ownership of this incident I will never again recommend anyone to get service done here . I had to pay over $1000 for a new oil pan but they staff wasn’t accommodating. I don’t want anyone to experience what I’ve gone through the manager stated it’s nothing he could do rather trying to keep my loyalty they showed 0% empathy if you want to be done correctly this isn’t the place loved them until this point . I’m a business manager here in the local city this isn’t how I would run my business I repeat do not go here .

  I would not go here. I got my oil changed here and after I started having an oil leak. So I came back and told them I got my oil changed and afterwards started having an oil leak can you check and make sure it is not from the work you did. He looked at it and assured me everything they did looked good and everything was tightened up and my leak was coming from my oil pan maybe a gasket. So I took it to a mechanics shop and after they checked it out they found the oil filter was barely tightened on which was causing the leak and was charged 200 dollars for this visit. I have also contacted there help center and told them and never received anything back.

  Honest business. We are tourists traveling in and had a rental that flashed an oil change light at us and they told us that it had actually been changed and they topped us off. They definitely could've lied to us about it but they didn't! Very nice people :)

  Billy did a fast and wonderful job on our car. He even went the extra mile to check all tire psi. His customer service was amazing
