  Very good rental experience. Needed a truck to pick up our car from TX. Was able to call and rent a nice 3/4 ton Ford for a reasonable price. The service person was very knowledgeable and courteous and was able to arrange everything without a hassle.

  Renting here was a delightful experience. Although I reserved my rental on short notice, the branch manager, Jason, personally drove 2 hours away to pick up the vehicle I needed. The vehicle was clean, well maintained, and exactly what I needed. The gas mileage and the ease of use was much better than I expected it to be. Thank you, Jason, for all your help. You're a lifesaver!

  Enterprise has some odd ways to do business. The fact you have to use a credit card is absurd. I understand they don’t need the poor people’s business but that’s gotta be some kind of discrimination. I was needing to rent a 2500 truck for a couple days to get my broken down truck back home and it didn’t matter how much money i had, offered debit, double the price it would’ve taken and cash. Their policy is trash so I will forever tell anyone I can to not rent from those people. Not just one, ALL Enterprise rental companies. I’m also sitting in Jackson tn right now needing a truck to tow my truck home to nc but once again those trash can rules they have are terrible. If that isn’t enough I needed to rent a car to drive from Dallas Texas back to Jackson tn and what rental company won’t rent you a vehicle and not let you drop the vehicle off at a different enterprise? Well that is the sole reason to rent a car, to get from place to place right? Nope not in this case.
