I arrived at approximately 8:30 AM and found four other customers waiting in the lobby for vehicles. I was informed that a car was available, but I would need to wait about an hour because it required an oil change. Unfortunately, I did not have the flexibility to wait that long. As a result, I had to use my personal vehicle and locate another Enterprise location that could accommodate me immediately. This was very inconvenient, especially when I had a confirmed reservation for 8:00 AM and was relying on timely service for business travel. I understand that operational issues can arise, but having a vehicle unavailable at the reserved time defeats the purpose of scheduling in advance.

Enterprise called and notified me (my insurance company didn’t), saving me unexpected cost. The process was easy and hassle free. Every employee in the building made sure we were taken care of and checked on us periodically since they were busy.
