Dear Camping World Team (Jackson, TN Store), I want to commend Joseph Harrell for his outstanding work at the Ultimate RV Show at Cobb Galleria Centre (home base store Jackson, TN) on February 5, 2026. With just a year at Camping World and this being his second traveling show, Joseph handled our purchase like a pro and truly sealed the deal. We were browsing travel trailers when Joseph approached with a fun opener: "Where'd ya get that haircut?" It caught me off guard (standard high and tight here!), but broke the ice perfectly. He offered helpful recommendations without any pushiness, respecting that we were looking for a colleague (who turned out to be a manager, not in sales). Later, we circled back to Joseph for help on the Jayco Jay Feather 26FK we loved. He dropped everything, shared what he knew, and quickly consulted Jayco experts for details he wasn't sure on. Transparent, engaging, and zero-pressure throughout closing. I'd been eyeing an RV for years but didn't plan to buy that day—Joseph's positive vibe changed that. Joseph actually talked me into buying an RV before I had a truck to pull it with, and I'm laughing about it with him. Don't worry, I have a truck now and sent him a picture. - SKSherry KeyJan 23, 20261.0Not pleased at all. Bought a 2026 camper November 1st. First of all they didn't follow through with our agreement when purchasing. Wrong colored cabinets and wrong furniture in it. Did not change any of it. Called in a service call last week for no heat,Monday they came & said motor went out and had to be replaced. Here its Friday still hasn't been replaced . If we had it to do over we sure wouldn't have purchased through them. Word of mouth is good advertising, from us its not anything positive. So if looking for a camper check every place possible.
