- MBMcKenzie BobbittJan 27, 20265.0Highly recommend this AutoZone! I was driving through in a rental car that had failing windshield wipers when it was really raining cats & dogs. I pulled in during the downpour and Mr. Earl helped me find the right windshield wipers within a few minutes. Turns out there is an "Accessory Mode" in some of these new cars that locks the wipers in place. After I figured out how to get the windshield wipers up right to unlock them Earl ran out and helped change them. Such a fast pit stop and truly an easy breezy experience! Friendly employees and truly a great help on the road trip through West TN. Thank you again Earl!

- TMTimothy MorganJan 1, 20262.0Very rude staff, older ladie was trying to sell me wipers that were 35 dollars EACH when I had already brought the wipers i wanted to purchase, another employee was really kind (no idea if he was a manger but he deserves to be one)he's the only reason this review is 2 stars.The lady also tried to charge me 15 DOLLARS to install them, the man offered to do them for free but I was already pretty pissed at the overall experience with the lady so I politely declined. Would just buy your wipers online and install them yourself or just come in when the lady isn't their.

- JGJess GrantDec 10, 20251.0The people that work at this store don't even know what they're talking about when they sell you a part. They also mark up their products for at least 4× the cost. I bought a part from them that was completely incompatible with my car and went back the next day to at the very least request store credit and they gave attitude with the whole thing. I would recommend to anyone that they should go-to O'Reilly's instead. Any day of the week.
