He says they don't have enough staff (4 employs in the shop staying and talk together and one outside siting and playing cell phone) and doesn't bother to ensure that the reserved parking spaces, which you pay for and whose availability you expect, are actually free so that you don't have to exceed your shift if you plan ahead. Instead, if you have a complaint, you're banned from the branch! That you have a time violation dosen't mather them.
