- RHReinhold hallNov 8, 20251.0The worst pilot station I've ever visited. Untidy, dirty, and the night shift manager is absolutely unfriendly and unprofessional! He says they don't have enough staff (4 employs in the shop staying and talk together and one outside siting and playing cell phone) and doesn't bother to ensure that the reserved parking spaces, which you pay for and whose availability you expect, are actually free so that you don't have to exceed your shift if you plan ahead. Instead, if you have a complaint, you're banned from the branch! That you have a time violation dosen't mather them.

I corrected him the frist time when he told me scratch offs are okay. So I specified it was lottery tickets I was looking for, and he assured me I can buy lottery tickets at 2 am. Turns out, you can't and the other person working on duty told me. Yeah, he shouldn't have told you that now i'm down twenty bucks. I can't even scan my scratch offs. All because guy told me something that isn't true. Looks like neither of us knew better. Last time I take advice by a grown man working at a pilot. Thanks a lot buddy.

Stopped at the Cinnabon to ask for a fresh roll and the rude worker told me to go get a box from the front of the store and she served someone else . Wow, she did give the other person a fresh roll but I was told get a cold one that was probably sitting there since the morning. 4 employees on duty and this pilot was not kept up at all. Do better pilot! After all it's customers like me that keep your employees employed.

- FWFreedom WithinOct 22, 20251.0As a truck driver, I look forward to and expect a clean shower room. This location does not sweep, mop the bathroom floors. There is hair all on the shower stall floors, bathroom floors and skin! Plus a layer of dust on the floors! I could not enjoy taking a shower here. It was vert unacceptable. Added bonus - the female employees think the hall in front of the shower doors is a great place to gossip and make all kinds of noises! Who wants to be naked while strangers are right outside the door!
