This was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. The car was not in working order when we bought it, broke down with 3 major issues after driving it 4 times. I followed the direction of my salesperson, and I believe his manager and took it to the closest dealer to have repairs done as we live an hour away. Only one thing was covered by warranty, so I had to pay $428 in diagnostic fees that were not refunded. The owner even stated that should have never been taken to another dealer but I'm just out the $428! Jones did require it to be brought back to them to fix the other 2 issues. It was an all around unpleasant experience and it's my fault for continuing because this truck was such a "good" deal. My husband asked for his keys back 5 times before he got them, I was about to go behind the counter to take them when they finally brought them back. I recommend staying as far away from Jones as you can. No matter how "good" the deal seems because they are not honest and very unprofessional. They will definitely lie to you!!
Do not do business here! Very dishonest people and will lie to you over and over again! They will not own up to what they say they’re going to do! Beyond the lying they sold me a truck with problems. When you ask is there anything wrong with it that I should know about, they say “oh no, it has been through our service department”. Yeah, right! Moreover, DO NOT work with Carlo and Antonio Ianni!!!
UPDATE: Point proven…See their response below. I called and got in contact with the owner, Andrew Benton and told him about all the lies and issues with the truck. Mind you the sales manager is my salesman’s father, of course he will corroborate his side of the story! He said he would get down to the bottom of it and promised to call me back the next day. Well, it’s been a week or so and no call back. Once they sucker you in and have your money, they DO NOT CARE! Their reply is just for show! Call me and work this out if you are a man of your word, you have my number!
