We initially had a great experience with Dane. He was friendly, professional, and made the car-shopping process feel easy.
Unfortunately, once we sat down with the finance department, things changed. We were told our trade-in was valued at $17,500, but when the final paperwork was presented, it was actually listed as $16,000. That $1,500 difference was never clearly explained, and it felt incredibly shady.
Whether it was intentional or not, that kind of discrepancy damages trust. A deal should be transparent from start to finish, and this wasn’t.
Buyers should double-check every single number before signing — especially trade-in values.
I bought a used f150 that needed transmission. We worked out a deal where they would put a new transmission in the truck and offer a warranty. I go to pick the truck up and find out it's a rebuilt transmission which off the get made me mad due to agreement we had in place it would be new. So instead of the 100k miles warranty I was gonna get I only got 12k.... Instead of not buying the truck I made a deal with them and purchase the truck. I go to get in the truck and it's not detailed on the inside one bit, remind you I've already bought the truck and ready to go and it's absolutely filthy. They took the truck back to detail once again and I come around the corner and the detail guy has the metal vacuum rubbing against my truck which literally scratched the paint up. There was some leftover glue on radio from previous owner. Detail guy decided to use paint thinner to get it off and ruined my radio.
Instead of offering to fix these problems after I purchased the vehicle in better shape then it was before it went to detail he begins to explain this is why he don't sale used vehicles even though there was nothing messed up previous to detail.
Instead of trying to make it right he had excuses that it's a used vehicle even tho the detail guy clearly scratched it and literally peeled the paint off my radio that was perfectly fine upon purchase.. used paint thinner to clean it.... I finally settled for a full tank of gas because I was sick of dealing with it and I had already invested over 20 hours at the dealership so I told him I'd fix it myself.
The only People that really seemed to care if I was happy or not was Naudin and Sarah. Thank yal much.
Not sure how buying a new vehicle from here is but buying a used one your vehicle might be in worse shape then it was after there detail and don't expect much from them since it's used....
I worked with Dane Remkus to buy my first car today, and I had a great experience. He has a really positive, friendly personality and made the whole process feel calm and easy instead of stressful. He answered my questions clearly and made sure I understood everything before making a decision. I really appreciated how smooth he made my first car purchase. I’d definitely recommend working with Dane if you’re looking to buy a car!

I chose Jones Chevrolet base on the recommendation of a good friend that purchased here, the specific vehicle I was looking for and the lifetime warranty. Dane was my sales specialist. Negotiating my trade-in went better than expected. Dane seemed no-nonsense and got right to work making a deal. He sent me videos since I live 2 hours away. I’m really excited to have such a nice vehicle delivered tomorrow.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude and pushy. Made a joke about how my fiancé was probably recording them? He wasn’t. They will basically try to get you to trade your vehicle in for nothing. He went to the Serra and they offered him double for his truck immediately. At one point he said he wasn’t interested and was leaving and they still hadn’t given him his truck keys back and the salesman said “well you did sign a piece a paper saying you would accept 8k for your truck”… um no? A total trap by completely desperate people.
