I stopped in Saturday around 1530 and requested a shower through the app. After waiting about 30 minutes, I went to the customer service desk and was told someone would help me; nothing happened. I went back again to ask for assistance, and I was finally able to get into a shower at 1645. Four workers were there however it’s irritating.
