Five minutes later he calls and says he's seven minutes out. He had the car loaded up faster than anyone I've ever seen, and we hopped in to drop it at the repair shop. Super nice guy, obviously took great care of our vehicle and we would hope to never have to use them again, but if we needed a tow company I would be glad to use them.

I have had a few issues with cars and they have been able to tow my vehicles exactly where I needed them to be right away. Zach especially has helped me out at different times and hours of the day and made the experience, hassle, free and more enjoyable for the situation.
- DBDawn BundyApr 6, 20265.0I called to schedule a tow pickup for the following Monday morning. They said they would arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m.. I received a call that Monday morning at 8:05, letting me know they were dispatching the driver and were on their way. The driver arrived at 8:23. He was kind, courteous, answered a plethora of questions and quickly loaded the vehicle and took it to the appointed place. The price was reasonable and the customer service was outstanding. I had never used a towing company before, but R&D was fantastic and if I ever need towing services again, they will be my absolute first choice!
