  Needed to drop off our car for an in-warranty repair. Chris (The Mechanic) explained to us exactly what needed to be repaired and why. Extremely professional and genuinely just cool to speak with. We picked the car up 6 days later completely repaired. Chris, Walter (Location Manager), and everyone else we worked with treated us with respect and kindness. We will definitely be returning customers for car service in the future.

  Walter and his team at Goodyear are all outstanding! I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Walter went above and beyond to ensure my issues were addressed and resolved. His team treated me with the same level of courtesy and concern during my visit and now I know I will be a customer for life. Thank you Walter, Shawn, and everyone else that helped me during my time of need. You all are a blessing! I would recommend this place to any and everyone for any repairs or car maintenance needed!

  After working last night’s 12 hour shift, I had to get my tire fixed. I was due for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake check for good measure or at least it wouldn’t hurt. So, I hightailed it to Hwy 153’s Goodyear. That’s where Walter had his crew start on my car 1st thing. They had me all patched up and ready to head down the road towards home in no time flat. Thank y’all!

  Walt is the best they got! Great front desk associate. Helpful. Explains things to the amount of detail you desire. He is a great people reader and helper. I’m not a chatty Kathy, and appreciate a straight forward approach. He did that. I’ve also seen him get chatty Kathy with my hubby to accommodate his more personable personality. Those are great traits for a business. He goes above and beyond to find you the best part for your price range. We’ve been going here for years (since 2018). They have price quote matching, which I normally don’t ask for, but received this go around for brakes and rotor replacement. Same day service. He prioritizes your schedule and needs. Remembers you, your family and accommodates everyone. Walt is great at explaining any problems and courses of actions without being pushy like other mechanics. He values honesty and transparency to work for the customer. I have a bias towards good year as I’ve not had a bad experience at one yet, but Walt has become a pillar of this Goodyear and is a great at ensuring repeat customers for the company.

  DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! This place is more so of a liability than an asset. There’s no CAMERAS outside of the place as well as the bay where work is conducted. If things were to go wrong, become missing, or stolen. You will have no comfort of knowing that the things you’ve worked hard for will be replaced. Along with that there will be NO ACCOUNTABILITY from the workers. If you are a woman you will be took advantage of. Jamie is a very nice lady that works there. But I also feel like she’s being used. She’s only there to make other women customers comfortable. Yet all and all the men there are full of it. The service manager RUDE. I had hope in Walter when I left my car there but came to found out he’s RUDE. Dylan the service worker. I don’t know what he did with my caliper cover but if there were cameras all that could have been nipped in the bud. Like come on who doesn’t have cameras now days. Major corporation. No cameras like let’s be for-real. Even mom and pops got cameras. As far as I know I’m gone tell you what God knows. You don’t play dirty games with good people, with good hearts, that live to do the right things at all times. Things come around full circle. Karma is real. I wouldn’t even stopped here on NO day honestly but it was sort of a emergency. Never thought my caliper cover would become missing and I would be took advantage of. I will say this. Every time I think about how my situation was handled. I will let others know to not even bother and that I DO NOT DO NOT RECOMMEND.
