  I had an outstanding experience at the Enterprise in Hixson! I want to give a huge shout-out to Rachel, RaSean, and Brandon for providing truly exceptional service. They were professional, friendly, and made the entire process incredibly smooth. The vehicle I rented was immaculate—spotlessly clean and clearly well-maintained, which gave me total peace of mind for my trip. What really stood out was how quick and convenient the access was; I was in and out in no time without any of the typical rental-car hassle. Because of this seamless experience and the top-tier team they have working here, this will absolutely be my go-to location for all my future vehicle rentals. Highly recommended!

  I had two active reservations under my name due to two separate not-at-fault accidents involving our family vehicles. Because I was the driver in both accidents, the two insurance companies set both rentals up in my name. My wife and I share the same policy and she was listed as the additional driver. When I went to pick up the second rental, Enterprise refused to release it because they do not allow one person to have more than one rental at a time. Even after explaining the situation and having a request sent to their risk management team, they still denied an override. This rigid policy caused a major inconvenience. I had just dropped off my car at the collision center and ended up stranded, needing enterprise to drive me back home. Enterprise should have a system that flags these issues in advance, so customers aren’t blindsided at the counter. A simple alert during booking would prevent situations like this. Their refusal to accommodate an unusual but legitimate circumstance created and unnecessary hassle. Reply: Lynette, Your reply seems genuine but honestly ineffective. The response simply directed me to the Enterprise contact page with no further instructions. Do you expect me to contact a call center because that honestly seems like a waste of time without any benefit. I will call the local branch to see if I can speak with you.

  The representatives at the Hixson location were so friendly and professional. They explained the terms clearly and answered all my questions. They made renting a vehicle a positive experience. They also go above and beyond by providing a shuttle service which is extremely helpful. I appreciated the excellent customer service that I received.
