After getting something stuck in our tire on our third trip to the hospital in 24hrs for an overnight stay and it going flat on the way there, I had insurance tow our car to them this morning to get it patched. They had it done within 15 minutes or so after we got there and were so kind and helpful to us during this very rough week and we couldn’t thank them enough. Daniel at the front desk assisted us during the process and was sincerely amazing. Thank you so much! I would give ten stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Original appt (oil change and check on alignment) went well over the estimated time only to come to me at the end and say they "just realized" I wanted my alignment checked (told them when I made appt, reminded when I dropped car off, and was told it was part of oil change anyways). Less than week later I'm hearing a grinding noise coming from my car, it was not there before. I called to make an appt to have them check what's going on , they said come around 10. I came. They are suddenly too busy to see me, even for a quick check to see what's going on. I kept offering other options and received little to nothing from the attendant. It felt very much like this was my problem to solve, it was an extremely frustrating experience. I finally asked him to please call when they got an opening and I would try to stick around the area and run errands. I never received a call. Feels like this location at a minimum struggles with communication, organization, and oversight. Simple appts run way too long, no one seems to be able to offer concrete solutions or times, and at worst even routine car check ups result in potential long term damage with very little urgency on their part to make things right.
