  My daughter visited this location for an oil change. Sales person informed her that she needed new tires. However the tires on the vehicle were installed at another Tire Discounters location 26 days prior. She came in on 4 brand new tires and they tried to sell her on new tires. A mistake is possible but unlikely. It certainly seems they were trying to take advantage of someone they viewed as young and naive. EDIT - after speaking with them I was told this was a handwriting issue when measuring depth of tire tread...a 9 looks like a 4. Raised review by a star.

  The crew at this Tire Discounters is truly phenomenal and goes above and beyond. After getting something stuck in our tire on our third trip to the hospital in 24hrs for an overnight stay and it going flat on the way there, I had insurance tow our car to them this morning to get it patched. They had it done within 15 minutes or so after we got there and were so kind and helpful to us during this very rough week and we couldn’t thank them enough. Daniel at the front desk assisted us during the process and was sincerely amazing. Thank you so much! I would give ten stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Update: they worked hard to make things right, admitted oversight and issues with communication and fixed the problem. Had a frustrating experience here. Original appt (oil change and check on alignment) went well over the estimated time only to come to me at the end and say they "just realized" I wanted my alignment checked (told them when I made appt, reminded when I dropped car off, and was told it was part of oil change anyways). Less than week later I'm hearing a grinding noise coming from my car, it was not there before. I called to make an appt to have them check what's going on , they said come around 10. I came. They are suddenly too busy to see me, even for a quick check to see what's going on. I kept offering other options and received little to nothing from the attendant. It felt very much like this was my problem to solve, it was an extremely frustrating experience. I finally asked him to please call when they got an opening and I would try to stick around the area and run errands. I never received a call. Feels like this location at a minimum struggles with communication, organization, and oversight. Simple appts run way too long, no one seems to be able to offer concrete solutions or times, and at worst even routine car check ups result in potential long term damage with very little urgency on their part to make things right.
