    Would highly recommend this location since Shawn and new staff have taken over this store. Before I had purchased 2 boat batteries that the previous staff had me go get off of the shelf and load into car and same situation with 2 other batteries. The lack of assistance from old crew had my mind set on never walking into this location again. But Shawn went above and beyond with helping with new headlight bulbs along with wiper blades.

    I needed some headlights for my car, but I don't have very much mechanical know how, but the boss man there, Shawn, was the most helpful and genuinely nicest guy I've ever come across at an auto parts store?Not only did he help explain to me how they worked and how they went in , but he even did the work of installing them for me at no charge. I will definitely recommend him and his store to anybody and everybody that asks me, if I know of any place to go to

    Absolutely terrible! Went in for a battery and install. The ginger girl was basically in the store alone with no help. I waited a while. Finally we walk through the steps for a battery and she asked me if I wanted it installed. I said sure.....biggest mistake!! I spent over $200 to be 200% aggravated. She unhooked my battery and could not put the new battery in. I asked if anyone was in there who can help, one of the guys maybe because I saw someone in the back. She said she was alone, all the drivers left. She lied!! I go back in the store because I know I saw someone else. It's a short dark hair guy checking out customer. I advised him that she was having trouble with the battery and asked if he can help. He proceeded to complain about having to help check out customer because the manager decided to leave the store for lunch and he isn't suppose to be covering the store...then said I would just have to wait for the manager to get back for help. I go back outside and she is still struggling. She then called her roommate on FaceTime, because the roommate also works there. She showed her the battery, to help her. The friend told her to get the manager but she too also said the manager was taking an extended lunch and wasn't there...and that I been waiting over 45 mins. At this point I would leave but HOW WITH NO BATTERY. She was still struggling for a while, then the ginger hair manager came back and walked right pass her. She said something to him but he kept walking....She finally...Finally got it but couldn't tighten my bolts. She goes to get the manager who is absolutely no help...he says oh it's in there right. I'm telling him its not fasten. The ginger hair girl completely left him there with me....not explaining her incompetence. He said that my bolts wouldn't tighten due to erosion...but they were tight and tighten everywhere else until she touched my car and all the other ones tighten after. Then he say they don't sell bolts but I should be fine for a short period until I get someone else to fix it. I will never be back to this store...it's terrible. The girl tried to give excuses on why she was struggling but in my honest opinion, she should never touch anything but a register again!!

    Came to the store because It was the only one that had my part in stock in the area however this will now be the store that I go to all the time based on a service that I received here I was shopping on the budget due to the fact that I had many parts to buy previously and Hannah was awesome not only did she get me the motor mount that I need to have she made sure it was in good condition in addition to that gave me some great tips and pointers on some other things and was above and beyond customer service wise this is my go-to store for advance Auto from now on I don't care if I have to drive an extra 10 miles to get here based on the service I received today I can only imagine that hannawill be a manager at the store soon If she's not already most times I pass judgment on any worker that is in an auto parts store that may not know the auto parts but on this occasion I didn't even have to because the knowledge this representative had in customer service far exceeded any other in any advance I've gone to across several states in fact I can't stress enough how easy and overall stress-free this particular visit was during a stressful moment outside of the store that I had with my vehicle If there was 10 stars I'd give 10. And if a manager from the store or a district manager to seize this and I should probably be in a fast track management program because the service she provides is top notch and by the way the knowledge she has on auto parts from my short experience is also there this is the kind of person you want training your new hires cuz I've had so many bad experiences at advance Auto in other places if only they were all like this
