- AMAshley Mutchler4 days ago5.0Needed to replace a tire, was able to get it in next day. While there, they noticed brake pads needed to be replaced. It was a lot quicker than I anticipated. Daniel at the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating.
- TBTori BrayApr 24, 20265.0Megan at the front counter was very kind and helpful and the guys did a full vehicle inspection and found issues with the CV axles just in time before they went out of warranty with the car dealership. Megan also kept us up to date as we waited. They suggested a coolant flush and it was cheaper than expected. We had a very pleasant experience!

- SKSara KoonsApr 22, 20265.0Megan is the Manager of the Mechanics area of NTB I. Hendersonville Tn. I had to bring in our Lexus GX550 for a tire needing repaired. She was so professional and helpful and honest with what needed to be done. In the end she helped us use the proper size full-size spare to hold off until we can get new tires for all four tires. She was very nice and understood exactly what was needed. I suggest anyone to use NTB for their care maintenance.

Thank you for getting 2 new tires this late in the day. We will most definitely be visiting NTB location from now. You were calming when my friend was very anxious about figuring it all out.
