  Great service and communication! They will give you estimates, then tell you what is critical and what can wait. They always call for approval before doing work. Multiple repairs done over 3 years and a few different cars. Drew will take care of you, and the rest of the staff is great too.

  Ryan, Josh, and Glem were absolutely wonderful! They were so kind and efficient with my service today. They even cleaned my windshield and back window for me! They gave me an estimate on my engine and were very helpful explaining what all went into getting my engine serviced in the future. I will 100% be coming back to have my engine serviced by this team!

  They are always positive and professional. Josh was thorough and offered to install the rear wiper blade I already had but as it turned out I bought the wrong size so I had him take care of that! Nice group on of folks! I even left with a quote (no pressure) for tires which I know I really do need!

  Took my car to Express this morning for the first time, and I will definitely be going back when it's time to change my oil again. Joshua was very helpful and polite checked everything under my hood and before doing anything he would let you know how much it was going to cost.i didn't have to wait, I got right in and was out in about 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend Express and Joshua.

  I had the best service! The time before last I was disappointed. I felt like the guy was trying to upscale me on everything. I overheard someone below working on my car saying I had a nail in my tire. The guy that was trying to upscale me wasn’t going to tell me. When he was done trying to sell me on everything, I asked him about the nail in my tire. He said “ Yes. You have a nail in your tire.” I ended up taking it to my tire place and sat there for two hours. They told me I didn’t have a nail in my tire😳. I wasn’t going to go back, but I was short on time to get my oil changed. Glenn, Ryan, Josh, and Clayton helped me this time. Glenn was so knowledgeable on telling me the things that should be looked at, due to the mileage on my car. I appreciate him not making me feel pressured and completely earning my trust. I will definitely be back. These guys were professional and knowledgeable. I hope to see this same team for my next oil change. Thank you so much!
