  Following up regarding owner's response. I emailed support on December 20th originally and sent a follow-up email on December 23rd once I had returned to the shop to address the rattling noise that occurred after receiving service. I have not received a response. I will reply to my 2nd email and include my invoice number. I purchased 4 tires and got an alignment. After hours of waiting I was told that they had trouble getting a part off in order to completely align it. I was told that they put some oil on it and to bring it back in a week so they could finish the alignment. I was told if I decided to have the rods replaced at a later date they have included a quote. When I left I noticed a noise from the driver side. Since I was told to come back in a week I decided to address the noise then. I returned a week to the day at opening time. I informed the employee that I had returned as requested. The employee was saying something completely different than what I was told during checkout. He kept saying that they would try to correct the alignment and that they wouldn't be able to get to me until after lunch. I did not leave my vehicle that day and returned about three weeks later to address the rattling on my driver side tire that was not occurring until after they worked on it. They looked at it and removed some rocks but the rattling was not resolved. So now every time I drive I hear this rattling over the music. I have over 56,000 miles on my vehicle and I planned to keep it a few more years. Now I'm considering trading it in because it sounds like I'm riding in a broken vehicle. This has been a nightmare.

  Been here for almost 5 hours. It's freezing in the waiting area and there has been zero communication with me about the status of my car. My child and I are cold and tired and everyone keeps walking around us as if we don't exist.

  These guys are one of the best out there, hands down! From start to finish. As any good sales person knows, a lot of times your sale starts over the phone. When someone is calling around getting quotes for services. I was needing new tires, an alignment, oil change, and my air conditioner serviced. I called many shops that day asking questions and getting quotes. Every one of them were rude, acting impatient and bothered that I was asking questions and rushed me off the phone. Until I called the TireDiscounters at the Glenbrook location in Hendersonville and spoke to Sean. Not only was he informative, patient, and thorough, he seemed genuinely happy to be assisting me over the phone. Phenomenal customer service and I knew 5 minutes in, they were the ones. He was so patient and let me ask all my questions and not once tried to rush me off the phone. I was so blessed to find that they were offering a free alignment with the purchase of 4 tires, and a coupon for a free oil change for a future date. They were also cheaper than anyone else I called. As a single income household, this was huge and saved me hundreds of dollars! They got me right in, communicated with me throughout the day of service and had it all done in a day. Then, my pickup experience was just as phenomenal with Cheyene. She was so pleasant and handled me with joy and a smile on her face the entire time. Which is so rare now a days. I think as a society we have forgotten how to provide excellent customer service but not these guys. They understand the assignment! Look no further for your car needs. They will take care of you for the best price while providing excellent customer service.
