  The technician that was handling my vehicle (2018 F150) was taking my lug nuts off and rounded out multiple of them and continued to hammer the rest of them off without seeking more information or reaching out and contacting about the issue. I later received a phone call telling me there was an issue and I needed 24 new lug nuts and they were trying to source them out from multiple stores. I told them to hold off and I wanted to see the issue and I’d be back in a few minutes. When I returned all of my lights were already taken off and ruined. Was then informed that a new set of them was going to cost me an additional $240 on top of an already $2000 set of tires. Was told this is a “common issue” and that the lug nuts are prone to rusting under the caps. While inspecting my already ruined lug nuts it looks as if a wrong size socket was used to remove them (a lot of rounding and hammering was used to get them out of a socket) we got a cap off of a lug nut and it showed zero signs of rust or any other contamination that would have caused this. Not to mention we’ve had these off multiple times and most recent 3-4 months ago with zero issues. The staff wanted to take zero responsibility over the issue at hand and only told me the only option was to spend the extra $240 on the new set, which is $10 a nut (which is obsured cause I can buy new ones online for $50). They was not willing to cover or split the cost of the issue they created, and pretty left me no other choices or options. I was extremely disappointed in the whole way the situation was handled and couldn’t recieve a straight answer on why I wasn’t contacted prior to destroying all the other lug nuts before removing them. I took all my old lug nuts home with me and none of them show signs of rust or problems other than a wrong size socket being used. I am highly dissatisfied with my service and lack of care about the customer. This issue could have been resolved with a simple phone call but was not contacted until their was no other options.
