The only updates got was when I called myself. My issue now is that because my car sat out in the heat of the summer for almost a month, my touch screen on my radio is cracked, I reported it as soon as I got my car back on the Friday before Labor Day someone was supposed to call me on that Tuesday after Labor Day , never received that call or anything other call from the company, I called today (9/24/2023) the manager was busy and was supposed to call me when he was free, still nothing. I just want my radio repaired or replaced so that my car is in the condition that it was dropped off in

Then they never update you on your vehicle I never received one call before my vehicle was done about any type of update. They tell you it will take 1/2/3 weeks to finish that turns into a month.
