He was so kind and quick, he even noticed the sun was shining very brightly in my eyes and blocked it for me. I know their goal is to upsell on tires and other services and he had the perfect balance of pressure and understanding when I politely declined. However, I did end up with some new wiper blades that were much needed! Stow is awesome and if I could make sure I was in his lane in the future - I would!
