First RAM 1500 I brought in for a **suspension leveling kit, wheels, and tires** – everything went **perfectly**. Loved the results so much that I brought my **brand-new RAM 1500** straight from the dealership for the same upgrade, plus **KO3 AT tires**. Right away, I noticed a **vibration**. Thought it was just new tires breaking in, but after **3,000 miles**, still no change. Emailed **Daniel at BMS**, and he responded **immediately** – got me in fast for a **tire balance**. They found **high road force on one tire**, rebalanced everything. Still no fix. Brought it back a second time – same effort, same result. Instead of brushing it off, I emailed Daniel again. He was **incredibly understanding**, listened to my concerns, and **started the warranty process without hesitation**. A couple weeks later, they brought me in and **replaced all 4 KO3s with Toyo AT3s** – night and day. **Zero vibration**, rides **buttery smooth**. Yes, the KO3s didn’t work out – but **BMS didn’t make excuses**. They **owned it**, stayed in constant contact, and **made it right**. That’s what separates good shops from great ones. **Daniel at the front counter? Absolute pro.** Calm, responsive, and genuinely cared about fixing my issue. Huge shoutout to the whole team – you can tell they take pride in their work. **Brian’s Motor Sports is now my permanent go-to** for truck mods and accessories. Get with the program Brian and stop the unnecessary charges for cc use. I paid 1700$ and charged 60$ just for paying you? Next… oh and the jerk sign on the front door should be taken down as even jerks don’t want to pay more for silly things. I’m sure all that read this will agree. 5 hours charged… if work started at 1 when the parts arrived and a call to pick up came at 3- that doesn’t add to five.
