I brought my old Cadillac by which needed a new hose for the wiper fluid, and I needed help knowing what parts to order to fix it. Not only did he help me place the order, he spent time while it was literally snowing trying to fix it with what he had on hand so he could save me a little time and money. The part didn’t end up fitting quite right, so after going back he once again helped me figure out how to make it work. I’m a young window and a full time nursing student, so I don’t really have the time or ability to always take care of things like this by myself. He didn’t even know that but nonetheless was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. This for sure will be the only autozone I come to from now on.

They went above and beyond to help with finding the right bulbs for my vehicle. I was unaware that they could install them and was going to pay a mechanic to do it. Eric offered to install them in this cold, windy weather. He got it done quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service. I will be coming back for sure.
