  I’ve always had a good experience going to this AutoZone, aside from the other day. No big deal, but I think there needs to be retraining about returns. I wanted to return a headlight that I got late last week, Thursday or Friday. I walked in and I think the man was confused. He just looked at me and said he can’t do a return when I explained I used my card to buy the light and needed to bring it back. He asked if it was used, and I was already holding it up and obviously no. If you can just remind them the return policy, that would save me a trip to Jackson in the future. He just stood there confused telling me he can’t do it and I left, telling him I’ll just go to Jackson since he didn’t listen to anything I said. It was super rude actually how he treated me. Thanks! 👍

  Went there and didn't get greeted. I had 1 person before me and after they left I was just standing to be helped. The workers just looked at me and talked amongst each other. So I left because I wasn't being helped as if I wasn't there.
