Of course we were overjoyed when Vavoline opened a garage in Harriman so we no longer have to travel to Knoxville. The staff are exceptional in Harriman. Rich and the other employees go beyond regular work protocols to help with auto maintenance & issues. We always keep up with regular maintenance on our truck . However , as with any vehicle out of no where ours started leaking fluid "coolant" my husband was out of town and I was terrified. I went to the shop and like they has always told me if I need anything just drop by , well I did Rich and the other young men reassured my husband i would be fine. Refilling the fluid and making sure we knew to drop in anytime before I could get to the vehicle dealer that covers warranty in Knoxville. PRICELESS Forever grateful! Thank you young men letting whomever that owns this store you have the best people working for you .
