It was very unprofessional that this wasn’t brought to my attention when it happened! Lucky the lady at the new place was able to swing my skid plate to be able to do the oil change!

One of the workers did let us jump ahead of another car since we had waited so long. The employees working that day would all jump to one car and work on it. There was one point where our car hadn’t been touched by anyone in 5 minutes. Employees seemed to be questioning each other and weren’t working efficiently. We pulled in a little before 3pm and didn’t leave until 4:16pm. I have gone to several Valvolines and this is by far the worst ones I’ve been to.
