- MBMandy BellesDec 6, 20251.0Too bad, you can give no stars! My husband took my vehicle to get the oil changed and when he brought it in there were no problems with my vehicle. However, after the oil change, I ended up with a leaking oil cooler that's going to cost me $2300+ to fix due to the fact that my oil was overfilled, and they put the wrong oil filter on my vehicle, which is not an interchangeable oil filter. My husband has called multiple times and asked someone to contact us back higher than the manager, and been told multiple times that the district manager or whoever that may be, will contact us, but it's yet to happen. I talked to the manager myself, and he assured me that whoever was above him would contact us, but nothing again. This place is responsible for the damage done to my vehicle and should pay for it to be fixed! I will not stop until this is made right. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this and if it doesn't get resolved, I will contact an attorney! This company needs to take responsibility for this! I should not have to pay for the mistakes of your employees! I would like to add that I reached out to customer service via email per the response to my initial review and was told that the area manager would contact me after 3pm on Wednesday Dec 10th, and I've yet to receive any type of contact from anyone. Please beware, because it's obvious management does not care about serious customer complaints.
