He sat in the office barking orders while the young lady and two other guys were working their butts off. A manager should help, not bark orders and sit in his padded chair. And being hateful and rude to customers, bad for business. Thanks to the other 3 I will come back.

Items not checked on vehicle but have a check beside them on receipt….. 1)Windshield wiper blade inspect…not done 2)Windshield washer fluid level..not done 3)Exterior lighting inspect…not done 4)Power steering fluid inspect…not done 5)Cabin air filter inspect…not done I drive a 2010 Maxima and I had to put my air filter back in because associate couldn’t get it back in. This is my first time at this business since it changed owners and not real impressed honestly. Staff was very friendly though. Price reasonable for full service but I didn’t receive full service

The manager Michael McGhee along with Alex and Brandy did a phenomenal job, very friendly, and knowledgeable. The bottle of water was a nice gesture, they get you in quickly. Will return for my next oil change.

There were two cars in the bays already when I arrived, but I was promptly greeted by a friendly lady and given water while I waited my turn. It took a little longer than 10 minutes, but still quicker than the dealership and Ashton actually showed me that they had filled my car will oil when they were finished. The only constructive criticism I would offer would be to display pricing options for services/parts to view before you pull in and maybe inside as well while you are waiting. Thank you!
