I spoke with a Bre and after a brief hold, she was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and showed patience while my awful cell service cut in and out….so I am headed to Advance Auto on 105 Asheville Hwy Greeneville TN, a 25 minute drive, right now, to do business with Advance Auto “solely” due to the customer satisfaction I received from Bre over the phone. She is a credit to the franchise.
