When he took off the old one, I asked about the life. Come to find out, it was marked 2023- only 2 years old. Instead of telling me batteries sometimes don't last, and sending me on my way, he took me back in, looked up my purchase history, verified my 2023 purchase, promptly refunded me today's purchase and re-rung with the warranty info. He put the customer first. Michael made Advance a customer for life!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
